Bill, I wanted to let you know how pleased we are with Sam Minniti and your company these past couple of years. We absolutely LOVE our Florida room that you installed for us a couple of years ago, and the double pane windows that you installed last year. They really work well and have helped us keep the house "cool in the summer and warm in the winter!!!" And a special thanks goes to Sam for his untiring efforts to get us two new window panes for our Florida room, where the previous ones had cracked at the bottom of the window. To SeaBreeze: As a customer of SeaBreeze, I think you should know how happy we are with the job your company did for us on our screened room. We live in Plant City and have a "Lake Place" in Clermont. We are there frequently. We took a chance in the yellow pages finding a reputable business. We did call another business that promised to come out the day after we called. They did not show up for the appointment or call. We had also called your company and scheduled an appointment for an estimate. From the first, the person that answered the call was professional and friendly. Someone came out as promised and on time. Darryl was friendly, not pushy and knowledgeable.
We were told the job could take up to three weeks to begin. We were so surprised when we arrived on Friday, April 23 and the job was complete.
We are so pleased with the outcome. Usually you can find small things to pick at, but in this case we found none what so ever. We are so happy with the job your company did, that we just wanted to let you know.
