To SeaBreeze: As a customer of SeaBreeze, I think you should know how happy we are with the job your company did for us on our screened room. We live in Plant City and have a "Lake Place" in Clermont. We are there frequently. We took a chance in the yellow pages finding a reputable business. We did call another business that promised to come out the day after we called. They did not show up for the appointment or call. We had also called your company and scheduled an appointment for an estimate. From the first, the person that answered the call was professional and friendly. Someone came out as promised and on time. Darryl was friendly, not pushy and knowledgeable.

We were told the job could take up to three weeks to begin. We were so surprised when we arrived on Friday, April 23 and the job was complete.

We are so pleased with the outcome. Usually you can find small things to pick at, but in this case we found none what so ever. We are so happy with the job your company did, that we just wanted to let you know.

We just wanted to give kudos to your team at SeaBreeze. Recently we had vinyl siding put on our doublewide mobile home. Having a lot of water damage to the original siding off of the front deck, we initially thought about repairing the damage and subsequently putting a roof over the deck. Darryl Church met with us and after sharing his expertise regarding the roof, he suggested that a real answer to our future problems might be to have siding installed. We felt he was extremely knowledgeable about your product and never tried to try to high-pressure us into doing anything, as has been our experience with other salespersons.

His loyalty to your company and confidence in the installers impressed us. Darryl is affable and could probably sell the Brooklyn Bridge if he believed in the sale. He never patronized us, and actually spent much more time explaining things to us than we anticipated. We made a final decision shortly after he left and after contacting him by cell phone, he came right back and we finalized the deal. We really liked the product, but ultimately Darryl sold us on it. The installers were prompt, professional and detail oriented. We are extremely pleased with their efficiency. They don't waste time getting the job done. You can be proud of the professionalism of your employees; including who took the initial call was very courteous and followed up on the call later. It is a pleasure in this day's world to deal with a group such as yours.
